Well, you could run a cable from the PAR to the monitor first, if your
monitor has an OUT connection, and then go to the VCR. But if not
possible, you could use the RF output of the VCR to monitor your image
on a standard TV, though you get not pristine quality this way.
Of course the other messages have also good suggestions.
